- No returns will be accepted after 30 days
- Authorized returns for parts orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee
- Authorized wheel order returns will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
Returns will only be accepted with prior authorization from Customer Service. Call us at 800-547-0222 to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to specify the model being returned, your original PO number, our invoice number, and the reason for the return. The RMA number must appear on each shipping container and all paperwork accompanying the return. Returns must be safely packaged and all items must be in original packaging.
Goods must be shipped freight prepaid via a reliable freight carrier. You are responsible for the goods until received in our warehouse including excessive wear or damages. Credits or refunds will be issued after the returns are inspected by Darex, LLC.
Darex, LLC stands behind the quality of our products, and warrants that such products are free from defects in material and workmanship and that these products will perfrom as intended when used correctly and in compliance with all safety warnings. Warranty of quality varies by products from confirmed receipt of purchase. No other warranties are offered, either expressed or implied, with regard to our products, and Darex, LLC expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular reason.
