Work Sharp® and knife making legend Ken Onion have partnered to create the Angle Set Knife Sharpener for edge enthusiasts who like to sharpen manually.
This benchtop sharpener delivers a wide range of edge angles and makes sharpening fast and easy.
The Tri-Brasive® 3 sided sharpening surface provides 320 grit coarse and 600 grit fine diamond plates to quickly restore a sharp edge, while the fine grit ceramic stone creates an incredibly keen edge on any knife.
Abrasives rotate for quick indexing between grits making it fast and easy. Sharpening Angles can be set to 15°, 17.5°, 20°, 22.5° or 25°.
Conveniently folds down and stows in a compact case. Ceramic tapered hone included for serrations.

Received mine today. It is well made and sturdy. The magnets hold really good and will not slip out. Sharpened our kitchen knives and my pocket knives. They were sharpened with very little effort. I really like the 3 different grits and how easy it is to change from one grit to another. It’s real nice to have the adjustable angles and how easy it is to switch angles.

This is a Brilliant sharpening tool. Super easy to adjust the angle of the sharpening surfaces….which are easily rotated from course to fine. Very strong magnets holds the sharpening limbs securely in place. I’ve sharpened pocket knives and kitchen knives with this. Super easy to produce a super sharp edge!!
