I’ve used “chef’s choice” sharpeners for 25 years or more. It wasn’t until the price came down that I decided to give the ‘work sharp MK2’ a shot.
This sharpener is impressive. My chef’s choice sharpener paled in comparison.

i have recieved my workshop mk 2 knife sharpener , this is a first for me i really enjoy using this machine its so easy and accurate hence the results are great i have several kichen knives and pocket knives i worked on the lot in no time i did the paper test and amazed as i have never had my knives so sharp the mk 2 is a must have for any one wanting to keep a good egde on the blade
