Darex, maker of Work Sharp and Drill Doctor products, has announced the hiring of Matt Elliott as Director of Marketing.
Prior to joining Darex, Elliott served as Director of Marketing at Benchmade Knife Company, where he led consumer research, brand development, and marketing strategy.
As Darex continues to expand in the sharpening category and taps into new segments and customers, Elliott will be focused on new product launches, strategic brand partnerships, and expanding the Darex brands’ voice as an industry leader.

Matt Elliott is a lifelong outdoors-man with over a decade of marketing and brand experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing from Portland State University and Executive MBA from University of Oregon.
