I purchased your precision adjust elite set. I would like to know the best way to start using it on my Shun knives without damaging them. The video on your site doesn’t play or doesn’t exist. I would just like to know how to get started and maintain my knives hopefully there is a video or tutorial for shun knives or commercial kitchen knives.
