The sharpening angle easily adjusts from 15° to 30° using a digital angle indicator to accurately and repeatably set your sharpening angle. The 1” x 6” abrasives include a full assortment: 220, 320, 400, 600, and 800 grit diamond, a ceramic honing plate, and a leather strop that polishes your edge to mirror sharp. The abrasives are easily interchanged using a common handle, which includes a ceramic rod for honing serrations. The innovative V-Block Clamp™ quickly, securely, & repeatably secures your knife. The weighted base provides a safe and stable platform that allows rotating the knife without removing the knife or clamp. The included small knife table attachment allows you to sharpen small pen knives down to a 15° angle. 3-Year Warranty.

This sharpener works great but the stones wear out very fast.I’ve had mine less than a year and have just ordered stones for the 4th time.I have a lot of knives but I don’t sharpen them every time I use them.I use a ceramic and a strop most of the time but have still managed to wear out 3 sets of the 220,320,and 400 plates and 2 sets of the 600 and 800 plates.The sharpening system itself works great.The only other complaint I would have is the base for small pocket knives will scratch the hell out of any polished blade.Be careful with your Case knives,keep the base clean and don’t let your knife slide or slip at all.Don’t push,pull or drag the blade sideways or forward and backward.Again,the system works great and I enjoy using it.I have had no issues with the quality or performance of the sharpener I just wish the stones lasted longer.

I just received my Professional Precision Adjust last week. This sharpener is amazing. I have used a few Work Sharp power sharpeners in the past but not a guided system like the Professional Precision Adjust. It is easy to set up and easy to use. I am so excited to use this sharpener some more. Great product from a great company.
