This knife was shipped to me scary sharp what attracted me to purchase it was that it was a Benchmade, I currently have the Griptilian by Benchmade as my EDC once you figure out the sharpening angle and use Worksharp’s new Precision adjust sharpener with tri-brasive the steel in this knife blade stays sharp longer than most of my other EDC knives! The Bugout is considerably lighter and easy to locate when laid down and fits in my big hand like it was made too. I have not tried sharpening the Bugout yet still trying to dull the edge after cutting up cardboard boxes, trimming leather, opening envelopes and sharpening my carpenter pencils I will post a sharpening update soon I hope! Buy it you wont be dissapointed!
