Two bits failed, first use. I’m a HUGE Work Sharp fan and owner. I got this because it had EVERYTHING i needed for my Kershaw 1776BLK, which is my EDC knife. Love the sharpener, works amazing and it’s going in my fishing bag. However, two of the 3 bits failed on me in use. Sure, over-tightening you say. After i bent the small and medium bits (please email me for pictured Work Sharp) i went and got my in-lbs torque wrench. I don’t know where your bits broke, but i was able to tighten to the factory 12 in-lbs of torque with no issue and it was more than a quarter turn to get there. Find a new bit manufacturer please

Have had this sharpener for four months and have used it on axes and knives. This morning I used smallest (t6) torx to move a pocket clip because my torx key set only went down to t9. The diamond and ceramic “stones” work well in combination to make a good cutting edge. This sharpener lives in my daily carry bag with the Pivot Plus Sharpener, so I have the ability to sharpen different styles or knives and cutting tools anywhere I go. Great for the car, camp gear, B.O.B. Etc. would recommend to anyone.

The small compact size makes this very easy to put into your pocket, pack, toolbox, or drawer. Does a great job putting a sharp edge on my knives and is simple to use. It is very convenient to have the torx bits to work on folding knives if needed. I would recommend to anyone looking for a small sharpener while on the go.
