MAP Policy
Darex Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy Reseller must understand their obligations under the Darex MAP Policy and abide by them.
We have implemented a MAP monitoring software that allows us to track web listings for our products and know who first violated MAP and the resellers who followed suit. Darex, LLC, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to discontinue doing business with any customer that advertises any product at a price lower than the MAP.
Failure to abide by this policy may result in the loss of co-op funds, removal from the dealer pricing program and suspension or loss of authorized customer status with Darex. The Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy applies to the marketed price of the product. Darex does not and will not impose or enforce specific pricing with respect to the actual re-sale of products.
The customer retains the right to sell products at any price they deem appropriate. Pricing on an internet site is considered a “marketed price” and must adhere to the MAP policy. The MAP policy does not apply to in-store advertisement or in-store everyday pricing. The policy does not apply to accessories or discontinued products.
Darex may choose to offer special promotions on certain products and adjust the pricing associated with the MAP policy or suspend the policy.
