The Angle Set Knife Sharpener offers a freehand sharpening experience with the added benefit of adjustable angle guides. Its three-sided ceramic abrasive rods rotate between coarse, fine, and honing surfaces, while the fold-out design makes setup quick, storage easy and allows you to take it wherever you go. With angle options from 15°–25°, it’s a simple, low-profile solution for maintaining edges on pocket knives, kitchen blades, and more — wherever space is limited and simplicity matters.

    So Easy!

    I was looking for a compact, user-friendly sharpener for full-time RV life where space is limited, and this fits the bill. I've had dozens of sharpeners over the years, and this has to be one of the easiest sharpeners for maintaining angle while sharpening my knives. I quickly worked through my dulling kitchen knives (20 degrees) and a few pocket knives (15 degrees) with ease, leaving them razor sharp. I love this thing and am ready to purchase some as gifts for my kids. If this went missing, I would definitely replace it.

    Love it!

    I love this sharpener—it’s compact, easy to use, and incredibly versatile. I originally bought the Spyderco Triangle Sharpener, but every time I tried to use it, I ended up dulling my knives, likely because the angles didn’t match my knives’ bevels. Thankfully, the Angle Set Knife Sharpener offers four angle options instead of just two. I’ve found the 17.5° angle works perfectly for many of my knives.

    Another great feature is the attachment for sharpening serrations, which is super handy. When I need something more aggressive, I use their pocket sharpener with the diamond rod—it’s a perfect combo for tougher jobs.

    Simple Tool That Works Great

    I have been using this sharpener for several years. I love it. So simple to set up and use but works very well. Especially nice is the ability to get the exact angles that I like for each knife. Even does my delicate kitchen knives to a 15-degree angle.

    Terrible lid design.

    The left lid (with "benchtop angle set knife sharpener" mark) is molded with an unnecessarily sharp tip which might hurt the user. Actually the overall case molding is bad and rough as well.

    Love this thing! Get a sharp edge with no messing around. I love Spyderco knives but the triangle sharpener is hard to work with in my opinion. To much messing around to get a sharp edge, and less options for angles
