I have Ken Onion Edition and Blade Attachment. Is a perfect sharpener tool for all kinds of knives and cutters. I want to know if the angle we establishe on the blade attachment is the total angle or half angle for each part?! In other words: a knife with total angle of 20, need to regulate the device at 20 or 10 degree?
