    Customer service

    I have been waiting for my package for a month. I’m now on the third time of Worksharp having to ship me a new package because they delivered the first two to the incorrect address(their shipping error). After theowckafes didn’t show, they told me I needed to find out where the packages were before they would send a replacement. I spent far too much time on the phone tracking the packages. Products are great but their customer service is terrible!
