Work Sharp® and knife making legend Ken Onion have partnered to create the Angle Set Knife Sharpener for edge enthusiasts who like to sharpen manually.
This benchtop sharpener delivers a wide range of edge angles and makes sharpening fast and easy.
The Tri-Brasive® 3 sided sharpening surface provides 320 grit coarse and 600 grit fine diamond plates to quickly restore a sharp edge, while the fine grit ceramic stone creates an incredibly keen edge on any knife.
Abrasives rotate for quick indexing between grits making it fast and easy. Sharpening Angles can be set to 15°, 17.5°, 20°, 22.5° or 25°.
Conveniently folds down and stows in a compact case. Ceramic tapered hone included for serrations.

After receiving this sharpener I set to work on all my kitchen knives. From steak knives to my large butchers knife and filet knives it worked superbly. The design of the sharpener and base is excellent, strong and stable. Having the angles clearly marked on the sharpener takes the guess work out of sharpening. Having 3 various sharpening stones that swivel made it much easier and quicker to touch up my knife blades.

I own a few Work Sharp products, my favorite one being the Ken Onion Edition Knife & Tool Sharpener, that sharpener will bring back to life any knife, but it’s a bit more involved process having to switch the sand papers out.
And in comes this Angle Set Knife Sharpener. This sharpener is perfect for quick sharpening of any knife. It’s really convenient, folds up neatly in its plastic box. The magnets hold it in place neatly, depending on what angle you need. It has three sharpening stones on each side that swivel and stay in place when you sharpen your knife. I do around 10 swipes on each side of the knife per stone. The result is a perfectly sharpened knife.
This will be my new to go knife sharpener, it fits perfectly in my kitchen drawer, and I’ll also be taking it with me when I go camping and fishing.

Just received this sharpener. I have the original electric work sharp with the bands and it works great. I like that I can replace the bands on the old one.
So far I’ve sharpened a steak set, butchers knife, boning knife and brisket knife. Very surprised at how easily it works. Very simple design, but does the job. Works just as well as the electric.
I just trimmed up a 20# brisket and a sharp knife makes that very simple and easy. I enjoy bbq competitions and the outdoors. I can see this shining on being able to use out of the truck. Don’t need electricity. Small enough and simple.
I would absolutely recommend this product. Don’t know how well it will hold up over time, but I plan on using it as much as the electric one I already have.
