    Our with the old!

    The old Chef's Choice electric knife sharpener wasn't doing it's job anymore.

    Glad I found Work Sharp! With just a few swipes the kitchen knives are sharper than they've been since new.

    I like that it isn't a throw away item and designed so replacement parts are available to keep it in top shape!

    Great but.....

    Awesome sharpener I appreciate it uses a time cycle system so I don't have to count how many passes I made or check for a burr along with it's compactness compared to other electric sharpeners. I have a major issue though and that's that I find the outer casing plastic is particularly prone to scratches and chipping. Just one long sharpening session and there's divots everywhere. Maybe for a next gen product use thicker and/or stronger plastic?

    Best Ever!

    Only downside, I’ve managed to cut myself (twice!) washing my newly sharpened knives. This sharpener puts a serious edge on all your kitchen knives. I used to slice tomatoes with my serrated bread knife, but no more. The new edge on my chef’s knife does the job like it was always supposed to.

    PS. I had an issue with my unit and Work Sharp fixed the problem, pronto.

    So nice to have customer service where you can actually get a hold of a real person!
