I have never sharpened a knife before, but after some research I purchased this CPE2 electric sharpener and had a sharp edge in a minute or two. This is so easy to use. If I can do it…I highly recommend this for the everyman for kitchen knives. I did the research and this is the best for the money. So fast, so sharp don’t even think about it

When my second Wusthof hand held sharpener just wouldn’t put a new edge on my favorite knives anymore without tearing big hunks of metal off of them, my wife felt sorry for me and bought this for me as a birthday present. It puts a very fine edge on any blade that is razor sharp and is easier to use than any sharpener I’ve owned before. It’s also pretty small so it’s easy to store away until I want to use it again. Great little sharpener!
