Other than the problem I was having with the right side it does a magnificent job. My co workers love it. And I am showing it to them now they want to get one.

As I have the same problem that everyone else is having with the right side. Mine melted and now has a deeper slot in it. That affects the sharpening of the blades. What is wrong with it. Is there a defect in the material

Avoid this if you are left handed. Make it ambidextrous would be a huge improvement. Does not work as well as advertised, but works faster than a stone which is how I will use it as a step in sharpening, not for complete sharpening.
